Romania North Gate changes hands
One United Properties has sold the One North Gate office building for a transaction value of EUR 6 mln. The building, currently leased at 80 pct, was acquired by Element Investiții Imobiliare, a local investment group.

Advisory firm Alto has leased 1,280 sqm of space in Gdański Business Center in Warsaw. The property, part of the Savills Investment Management portfolio, comprises 101,000 sqm of leasable space.

HB Reavis has signed a lease agreement with PageGroup, which includes the Michael Page and Page Executive brands. The company's Polish office will occupy nearly 1,400 sqm of space on the 10th floor of Varso Tower.

Poland Welcome to The Shire
A network of serviced offices has been inaugurated under the brand The Shire. The operator will provide flexible office space, as well as support for landlords considering their own flex space. The first locations are expected to be announced in Q3 of this year, with Devonshire Investment Group behind the project.

Hungary Budapest's Liget Center to grow
The renovation of Liget Center in the centre of Budapest, a Wing development, is about to reach a new milestone: a new building with an all-glass facade will join the two existing office buildings – Liget Center Classic and Liget Center Auditorium – in the inner courtyard. Liget Center Vitrum will offer future tenants an additional 2,200 sqm of leasable space.

Global flex office provider Mindspace has officially opened its second Warsaw location in the Skyliner building at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The new centre has an area of 4,400 sqm and comprises private offices, common areas and boutique conference rooms.

POLAND Record lease for Centrum Południe
American bank BNY Mellon has signed a ten-year lease agreement for all the office space – app. 20,300 sqm – in the second phase of the Centrum Południe office complex, which has been developed by Skanska in Wrocław.

Poland Skyliner welcomes new tenants
Warsaw's Skyliner office building is gaining more tenants. Noble Securities, Werfen Polska and Greenville will find new premises in the building, with their offices taking up a total of more than 1,300 sqm of space.

Colliers has prepared a price map for office space in Prague, which shows that the highest rents are found close to such centrally located metro stations as Muzeum or Náměstí Republiky, while the lowest are found outside the centre, closer to stations such as Petřiny or Náměstí Míru.

Tate & Lyle is to move its local office to the Hi Piotrkowska building in Łódź. The company will occupy the entire 5th floor of the building, or about 1,700 sqm of office space.
