Warsaw's Lakeside office building has been granted a use permit. Future tenants of the building, currently 80 pct leased, include companies from the medical, energy and IT sectors.

Epam Polska has opened a new Kraków office in Brain Park office complex. The company is based in almost 8,500 sqm of office space in two buildings connected by a shared terrace.

Poland Panattoni grows in Warsaw Spire
Panattoni completed the fit out of its new space in Warsaw Spire and moved into an office with a total area of 4,500 sqm. In the six years since the company moved into the office tower, it has increased the area of its lease by 250 pct.

Poland Skyliner II takes off in spring
Construction of the second phase of the Skyliner office complex at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw will start in February 2024. The works will last 34 months. Karimpol Polska has again chosen Warbud as the general contractor for the investment.

Poland Colliers gets into Form
In Q1 2025, Colliers' team will move into The Form office building being developed by Lincoln Property Company Poland on ul. Miedziana in Warsaw. The firm's new headquarters will occupy more than 2,900 sqm on the top floor of the building.

Germany Ready for West Yard 29
The municipal assembly in Darmstadt has approved the new zoning plan for the site where Warimpex owns hotel as well as property reserves. That allows the Austrian company to develop office properties with a maximum of 77,500 sqm of space.

Polenergia Fotowoltaika, Polenergia Sprzedaż and Polenergia eMobility will join the group of tenants of Lakeside, an office building in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The companies will lease a total of around 3,500 sqm in the building owned by Atenor.

Customer engagement specialist Concentrix has leased almost 5,200 sqm in Global Office Park in Katowice, which is owned by Cavatina. The deal is the largest office lease in the city in 2023.

Warimpex has opened its third office building in Kraków, the Mogilska 35 Offices. The taxonomy-compliant property has 11,900 sqm of space, is located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The building is already almost half let.
