Germany Sonar is perfect 4flow
Sonar Real Estate has successfully agreed the extension of an existing lease, on around 4,500 square metres of office space in Berlin, to 4flow. Sonar is the asset manager of the property, which is part of the portfolio of an Austrian family office.

ING Hubs Poland, which provides IT and operational services to ING units around the world, has become the first tenant of the Form office building currently being developed in Warsaw by Lincoln Property Company. The company will occupy over 7,000 sqm.

According to the Guinness Book of Records, the world's largest office building is now the Surat Diamond Bourse in India. The complex, in Surat (Gujara) comprises almost 660,000 sqm.

IT company Itixo has signed a lease agreement for office space in the IQ Ostrava building belonging to CTP. The developer is also the originator of the popular Clubco coworking centre concept, which will be available in IQ Ostrava this autumn.

In H1 2023, Echo Investment signed leases covering nearly 10,000 sqm of space in the React building, with the following companies joining the building's tenants: Alorica, Bank Pekao and Pekao Direct. Thus, the commercialisation of the Łódź office building came to an end.
