POLAND Astek empire expands to Q22
IT, engineering and consulting services provider Astek Polska has leased 1,400 sqm in the Q22 office building in Warsaw city centre.

Hungary Budapest's Liget Center to grow
The renovation of Liget Center in the centre of Budapest, a Wing development, is about to reach a new milestone: a new building with an all-glass facade will join the two existing office buildings – Liget Center Classic and Liget Center Auditorium – in the inner courtyard. Liget Center Vitrum will offer future tenants an additional 2,200 sqm of leasable space.

POLAND Mindspace now to be found in Skyliner
Global flex office provider Mindspace has officially opened its second Warsaw location in the Skyliner building at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The new centre has an area of 4,400 sqm and comprises private offices, common areas and boutique conference rooms.

POLAND Langowski added to Łużycka Plus
Polish logistics services provider Langowski Logistics has moved its head office to Łużycka Plus in Gdynia, where it leased almost 1,330 sqm of office space.

POLAND Record lease for Centrum Południe
American bank BNY Mellon has signed a ten-year lease agreement for all the office space – app. 20,300 sqm – in the second phase of the Centrum Południe office complex, which has been developed by Skanska in Wrocław.

Poland Skyliner welcomes new tenants
Warsaw's Skyliner office building is gaining more tenants. Noble Securities, Werfen Polska and Greenville will find new premises in the building, with their offices taking up a total of more than 1,300 sqm of space.

Czech Republic Prague metro dictates rents
Colliers has prepared a price map for office space in Prague, which shows that the highest rents are found close to such centrally located metro stations as Muzeum or Náměstí Republiky, while the lowest are found outside the centre, closer to stations such as Petřiny or Náměstí Míru.

Poland Tate & Lyle says Hi Piotrkowska
Tate & Lyle is to move its local office to the Hi Piotrkowska building in Łódź. The company will occupy the entire 5th floor of the building, or about 1,700 sqm of office space.

Czech Republic WorkLounge takes over in Prague
WorkLounge network of serviced office centres took over the lease agreement from outgoing operator HubHub at Na Příkopě 14 in Prague. The company will continue HubHub’s operations with immediate effect, including taking over current clients.

Colonnade Insurance has moved into the first building of H2Offices in Budapest. The Hungarian branch of the insurance company will occupy approx. 1,500 sqm in the complex developed by Skanska.

An occupancy permit has been issued for the first phase of Corvin Innovation Campus, which is being developed by Futureal in Budapest. Global technology company IBM has already moved into the office building.

Hungary Vizivaros Office Center sold
CA Immo has finalised the sale of the Vizivaros Office Center in Budapest to the FLE SICAV FIS real estate fund managed by Vienna-based investor FLE (part of French asset management group LFPI). The building comprises around 14,200 sqm and was 96 pct leased at the end of last year with an annualised gross rental income of around EUR 2.5 mln.

Poland Boeing chooses SkyRes
Boeing, an aerospace company, has leased close to 6,600 sqm in the SkyRes building in Rzeszów. This represents the largest transaction in terms of sqm on the Rzeszów office market to date.

Hungary AI in ZenGarden
AIP Labs, a Canadian-Hungarian company pioneering in the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare, is moving to the top floor of ZenGarden office building in Budapest. AIP Labs will run the digital dermatology clinic from the new office starting this summer.

Develia has finalised its agreement to sell the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw to WR Office, a subsidiary of an investment fund managed by the Adventum Group for EUR 69.3 mln (app. PLN 318 mln).

Poland Studio B reaches highest point
Building B of the Studio complex, which is being developed by Skanska on ul. Prosta in Warsaw, has reached its target height of 55m. The building is scheduled to come into use at the end of August 2023.

CEE GTC's portfolio with major changes in 2022
GTC reported rental income of EUR 167 mln in 2022, compared to EUR 172 mln in 2021. The decrease was due, among other things, to the sale of the group's Serbian portfolio and lower occupancy levels in Polish and Romanian office buildings.
