The demolition has been completed of the overground structure of the Atrium International office building in central Warsaw, which is owned by Strabag Real Estate. The site is being prepared for the development of the Upper One office and hotel complex, which is expected to come into use in 2026.

In Bucharest, the interest of office tenants was much higher in Q2 of 2023, compared to Q1 of the year, according to the analysis carried out by Fortim Trusted Advisors. However, the experts expect the deliveries of new office space to be on a downward trend, both in the second period of the year and in 2024.

The British Council is opening a new learning centre in Bucharest in the One Cotroceni Park office building, which has been developed by One United Properties. Covering over 350 sqm, this is the second British Council centre to open in Bucharest this year.
