CTP has started the construction work on Building I of the Vlněna office complex on the brownfield site of a former textile factory in its home city of Brno. The project will involve an investment of CZK 600 mln (app. EUR 25 mln).

Rockwool, a manufacturer of products for the construction sector, is expanding its headquarters in the Nowy Rynek D office building in Poznań, developed by Skanska. The additional 900 sqm of space will allow the company to recruit a further 70 employees.

The company is part of the Mattel corporation, a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of toys and other family products. Sollers Consulting, an international IT operational advisory and software integrator, will open a branch in Wrocław. The company has leased 1,200 sqm in Dubois 41 office building.

The Infinity office building in Wrocław is entering the final phase - the highest construction point has been reached. The project, which is being developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with business partner Alchemy Properties, will be completed for the tenants in Q2 2023.
