Poland TCS chooses Wola Center

A new tenant, an IT company Tata Consultancy Services, has moved into the Wola Center building in Warsaw. At the same time, the owner of the complex, Hines European Value Fund, extended its contract with FaktorOne.

The long-term contract with TCS was signed in Q4 2023. The new tenant has leased over 3,600 sqm of office space in the building. Arrangement work has been ongoing in recent months. Tata Consulting Services is an Indian IT company that has been present on the Polish market since 2006. It creates IT business solutions based, among others, on cloud technologies or artificial intelligence, and provides IT consulting services for enterprises.

Hines has also extended its contract with one of Wola Center's long-standing tenants. FaktorOne (formerly Idea Money) has been based at ul. Przyokopowa since 2012. The new long-term contract covers the lease of app. 470 sqm. The company has been providing factoring services to small and medium-sized companies and sole traders from various industries for over a decade.

The Wola Center complex offers office, coworking and retail space with a total area of over 34,900 sqm. The development has green terraces, a patio and infrastructure for cyclists. Wola Center also provides a car park with 121 public spaces and 249 spaces for tenants. Electric vehicle charging stations are installed in the building. The building has a BREEAM In Use certificate at the Outstanding level.
