Poland First tenant for Grundmanna Office Park
BNP Paribas has become the first tenant of Grundmanna Office Park in Katowice. The bank will occupy more than 4,100 sqm in Cavatina's office building. Building A, which will house the company's office, is scheduled for completion in Q3 of 2024.

Craft, the latest project by Belgian developer Ghelamco in Katowice, has received an occupancy permit, adding 26,700 sqm of office space to the local market's stock.

Poland Varso architects move in
HB Reavis has signed a lease agreement with Foster+Partners. The renowned architecture studio will open its Warsaw office in the Varso Tower building. The Polish branch of the firm will occupy 730 sqm of space on the 44th floor. The studio will move into the new office later this year.

Ghelamco has applied for a building permit for Sobieski Tower in Warsaw's Ochota district. The 130-metre-high skyscraper will stand on an empty plot at Plac Zawiszy.

Hungary Liberty at last!
The use permit has been obtained for the office area in the south wing of the Liberty complex, which is being developed by Wing in Budapest. Work is also now underway on the north wing with 20,000 sqm of office space, which is expected to come into use in H1 2024.

Axxiome, an IT solutions specialist for the financial services sector, is to move its Polish head office in August to the Centrum Południe office complex, which is being developed by Skanska in Wrocław.

Syrena Real Estate has signed leases for nearly 3,000 sqm of office space in Diuna complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. Two existing tenants, Business Lease Poland and LeasingTeam Group, have extended their leases for office space, while Daikin has more than doubled its space in the facility.
