Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for Ocean Office Park B - the largest building within the multifunctional complex under construction in Kraków's Zabłocie district. The project, located on ul. Klimeckiego, offers over 26,500 sqm of space. The first tenants are already moving into the building.
Cemex Polska, the Polish subsidiary of Mexican cement and concrete aggregate producer Cemex, has renewed its lease in The Park, Warsaw, where it now occupies 2,000 sqm of office space.
