German ventilation systems producer Vaillant Group is to open its second office in Poland in the .KTW office complex in Katowice.

POLAND Green light for Old Slaughterhouse offices
Vastint has received permission to renovate the first three buildings in the historic Old Slaughterhouse complex in Poznań. They will be restored and converted into office buildings. The revitalisation plan for the rest of the Old Slaughterhouse is currently the subject of public consultation.

Poland Accenture rides the wave
Accenture, a consulting company, will open its office in the Wave commercial building in Gdańsk. The new tenant will occupy approximately 1,000 sqm of space equipped with pro-environmental and innovative solutions, which have undergone additional LEED Interior Design certification.

Lithuania Royal Russell School in Vilnius
Lords LB Special Fund IV, the developer of St. Jacob's Quarter in Vilnius, has welcomed a new tenant, Royal Russell School. The British international school will open its doors in 2024 and will be the first boarding school in Lithuania.

The SSC unit of one of the world's largest dairy producers has signed a new, long-term renewal for 3,000 sqm in the BREEAM Excellent rated CityZen office building. FrieslandCampina SSC has its headquarters in the Hungarian Váci út office building since 2017.
