Romania Regional markets thrive in Romania
In the last three months, a total area of over 109,000 sqm of modern office space has been leased in Romania’s largest cities, which means an increase of 9 pct compared to the previous year. The agreements included both new contracts and extensions of the old ones. Top cities that attracted the most office tenants in III Q of 2022 are, apart from Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara.

Poland Spire full of benefits
Since the beginning of the year, five companies have leased a total of 10,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw Spire C, which represents almost half of the building. Four of the contracts are renewals, two contracts contained 'green provisions'. The office building's occupancy rate currently exceeds 96 pct.

BULGARIA GTC and Betahaus to co-work together
GTC Bulgaria has entered into a partnership with local coworking centre operator Betahaus Sofia, under which both will provide 3,000 sqm of office space in two buildings in Sofia.

Pirelli Polska and Prometeon Tyre Group Polska have extended their lease agreement for office space in the Royal Wilanów building in Warsaw’s southern Wilanów district. The Polish headquarters of both international tyre brands occupy a total of almost 660 sqm.
