Czech Republic Pretty unvacant in Prague
The office vacancy rate in Prague, unlike in neighbouring markets, is decreasing and at the end of Q3 2022 fell to 8.1 pct, representing 308,000 sqm of unoccupied space – according to a Colliers’ quarterly market survey.

CZECH REPUBLIC CTP starts work on Brno office building
CTP has started the construction work on Building I of the Vlněna office complex on the brownfield site of a former textile factory in its home city of Brno. The project will involve an investment of CZK 600 mln (app. EUR 25 mln).

Poland Rockwool bigger in Poznań
Rockwool, a manufacturer of products for the construction sector, is expanding its headquarters in the Nowy Rynek D office building in Poznań, developed by Skanska. The additional 900 sqm of space will allow the company to recruit a further 70 employees.

Polish alcoholic drinks distributor United Beverages is to relocate its Warsaw office to Moje Miejsce (My Place) in the city's Dolny Mokotów district, where from mid-2023 it will occupy almost 2,700 sqm.

SalesManago, a company creating e-commerce technology solutions, is set to become the single occupant of the new office building in Ocean Office Park in Krakow's Zabłocie district. The company expects to move into its new premises in August 2023.

Strabag Real Estate has announced the launch of its Upper One development – an office and hotel complex at the junction of ul. Grzybowska and Jana Pawła II in Warsaw, which will replace the now defunct Atrium International office building.

Poland Toys in the Skyliner
Mattel Poland is another global player to become a tenant of the Skyliner office building. The company is part of the Mattel corporation, a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of toys and other family products. The new tenant will occupy 660 sqm of space in the Karimpol Group‘s investment project in Warsaw‘s Wola district.

POLAND Sollers goes hybrid in Wrocław
Sollers Consulting, an international IT operational advisory and software integrator, will open a branch in Wrocław. The company has leased 1,200 sqm in Dubois 41 office building.

POLAND The shape of Infinity
The Infinity office building in Wrocław is entering the final phase - the highest construction point has been reached. The project, which is being developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with business partner Alchemy Properties, will be completed for the tenants in Q2 2023.

Hungary Platinum for Budapest One
The first phase of Budapest One, located at Őrmező, the largest multimodal transport hub in Hungary, has received WELL Platinum certification. The office building is the first in Hungary to meet the highest requirements of the International Well Building Institute (IWBI).

POLAND Colliers to manage Tensor
Colliers has taken over the management of the Tensor office complex in Gdynia, which belongs to a partnership between Czech open-ended real estate fund Investika and Luxembourg private equity investor Bud Holdings. Colliers' regional office will also support the owner in the commercialisation of the property.
