Larger Mila in Płońsk
POLAND Extension work is to take place at Mila Park on ul. Warszawska in Płońsk. The work is to start in September at the latest, with the investor, City Star, intending to open the new area in December.
Vacancy in new shopping centres reaches 13 pct
RUSSIA Moscow shopping centres completed in the last two years seem to have received the heaviest blow from the Russian economic crisis. According to the latest research by JLL, the vacancy rate in malls completed in 2013/2014 has reached 13 pct.

C&A opens in Galeria Bronowice
POLAND A two-storey C&A store with an area of app. 1,700 sqm was opened in Galeria Bronowice in Kraków on May 14th.
Retail stock to grow by 900,000 sqm in next two years
POLAND Over the next two years (2015/2016), 60 new shopping centres with 900,000 sqm of space in total are to be delivered to the Polish market according to DTZ.
