Shopping arcade to replace Leszno casino
POLAND The Arkadia convenience shopping centre in Leszno is to be opened in November 2015. It will be located in a building bounded by ul. Królowej Jadwigi, ul. Wróblewskiego and ul. Dąbrowskiego, in the town centre, which previously housed the Arkadia restaurant and a casino for police officers.

RUSSIA Moscow shopping centres completed in the last two years seem to have received the heaviest blow from the Russian economic crisis. According to the latest research by JLL, the vacancy rate in malls completed in 2013/2014 has reached 13 pct.
