RSSH&M sees strong sales and expands in Eastern Europe
WORLD Fashion retailer H&M Group has announced its results for 2012. The group saw sales increase by 10 pct to around SEK 120.8 bln (app. EUR 14 bln), while gross profit came in at SEK 71.8 bln corresponding to a gross margin of 59.5 pct.
Seven new stores in Galeria Solna
POLAND 4F, Prosport, Reporter, Quiosque, Coccodrillo, Centrum Zoologiczne Lemur and Galeria Kwiatów are to all open stores in the Galeria Solna shopping centre in Inowrocław.

JLL predicts more retail this year
POLAND In 2012, the Polish shopping centre market expanded by 374,000 sqm to reach over 7.94 mln sqm at the end of the year, according to Jones Lang LaSalle. This represents the lowest increase in retail stock since 2004.
