UKRAINE Liko-Holding is to build the Happy Mall shopping centre in Kyiv. The 45,000 sqm shopping centre is to be developed in the Goloseevskiy district, on ulitsa Trutenko. Its opening is planned for Q1 2014.

POLAND A Polmed medical centre has been opened in the Batory shopping centre in Gdynia. The 490 sqm clinic is on the third floor of the centre.

RUSSIA Norman Asset Management (NAM) is to invest up to USD 500 mln in five retail parks in the Perm, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen and Moscow regions.
LPP in Toruń
POLAND The Irish Investment Group has signed leases with the LPP Group with a total area of over 3,000 sqm (half of which is to be occupied by a Reserved store) in the Solaris Center in Toruń.
Ten contracts for PLN 130 mln
POLAND Clothing chain LPP, the owner of the Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito and Sinsay brands, has signed 10 leases worth PLN 130 mln with Inter IKEA Centre Polska in the Bielany retail park in Wrocław and a retail facility, which is to be built in Lublin.
