EUROPE Romania, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Austria are the top five opportunistic shopping centre investment locations in Europe, according to research just published by Savills.

Selgros builds new Constanța store
ROMANIA Selgros Cash&Carry is to open a 10,000 sqm store in an investment of EUR 20 mln, according to local media reports.
Carrefour takes over six stores in Constanța
ROMANIA Carrefour Romania has leased six stores from Aliment Murfatlar in Constanța, which will operate as supermarkets under the Carrefour Market label.
IPN moves into offices of Industrial Development Agency
POLAND The Institute of National Remembrance (IPN) is to move its headquarters from a building on ul. Twarda (which has been sold to Skanska) into an office in the Mars building on ul. Wołoska, which belongs to the National Development Agency (ARP).
