POLAND The Family Point retail park, which is being constructed on ul. Księcia Poniatowskiego in Ruszowice near Głogów in Lower Silesia, is now 75 pct leased.
Outlet Park Szczecin opens
POLAND Echo Investment has opened its latest retail project Outlet Park Szczecin. The centre on ul. Struga in the city has a total area of 30,200 sqm, including a leasable area of 24,000 sqm with 130 stores and service centres.
Smyk in Bielany
POLAND A Smyk Megastore is to open in the Bielany retail park in Wrocław, which is owned by Inter IKEA Centre Group.
Cora opens in Bacău
ROMANIA Cora has today (November 8th) opened a shopping centre in Bacău with a 7,600 sqm Cora hypermarket and a 6,100 sqm shopping gallery for 37 stores, according to local media reports.
