RSSMorgan Stanley poised to buy Metropolis “for USD 1.9 bln”
RUSSIA Morgan Stanley is concluding exclusive negotiations to buy the Metropolis shopping centre in Moscow for a price rumoured to be around USD 1.9 bln, according to media sources.
HopStop retail parks enter the market
POLAND Katharsis Development is planning to build a chain of convenience retail parks under the HopStop brand. Its first centres will be built in Warsaw, Radom, Siedlce and Zamość.
