Arkady and Sky Tower with new tenants
POLAND Arkady Wrocławskie and Sky Tower – two retail buildings in Wrocław, which are owned by LC Corp, have gained new tenants that will occupy a total of almost 1,600 sqm in both buildings.

Intermarché and Bricomarché on a roll
POLAND Total turnover of the Intermarché and Bricomarché chains in Poland came to over PLN 1.65 bln in Q1 2019. Over the period, the Intermarché supermarket chain together with its accompanying petrol stations had a turnover PLN 1.2 bln. The chain also opened two stores, in Tarnów.

Capitol Park Zaječar now open
SERBIA The Capitol Park Zaječar retail park has been opened by a joint venture of Poseidon Group and Mitiska REIM in an investment of EUR 10 mln. The centre was built on a 2 ha site in the centre of the city and has a retail area 6,500 sqm.
