Outlet for better emotions

The answers to these questions can be found in Neinver’s latest report on this segment, ‘Positive Emotion Centres – the Outlet Market in Poland in the eyes of Consumers’, which has been prepared together with research company IQS.

EUROPE European retail park floorspace increased by 2.2 pct over 2018, reaching a total of 50.1 mln sqm according to figures from Cushman & Wakefield’s ‘European Retail Parks: What’s next’ report.

Tarnovia to be transformed
POLAND Galeria Tarnovia in Tarnów in Małopolska is undergoing some changes aimed at refreshing its product range across almost 30 pct of the shopping centre’s area. The new strategy has been developed by CREAM, the property manager, and Griffin Property Finance II FIZAN, the owner of the 17,000 sqm shopping centre.
