POLAND White Star Real Estate and the EPISO 4 opportunity fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners have acquired a portfolio of five warehouses in some of the most established logistics locations in Poland from an affiliate of Oz Real Estate for around EUR 86 mln.

Moleo leases over 9,000 sqm
POLAND Moleo has leased 8,787 sqm of warehouse space and over 600 sqm of office space at the City Logistics Wrocław I centre developed by Panattoni Europe. The tenant was represented during the negotiations by Cresa Poland.
