Tece doubles in size in Pęcz
POLAND Sanitary systems producer Tece has started the construction of a production plant in Pęcz near Strzelin in Lower Silesia.
Another record breaking quarter for warehouses
POLAND In the first quarter of this year 1.16 mln sqm of modern warehouse space was leased, according to Axi Immo. This is 20 pct more than in Q1 2017 and a record-breaking start of the year for the third time in a row. In just 3 years, demand in the first quarter has grown by 86 pct.

X-kom’s new address
POLAND Computing products retailer X-kom has opened new premises in the Częstochowa sub-zone of Euro-Park Mielec. As well as a 4,200 sqm office building it also contains an 8,000 sqm logistics centre. So far the employees of X-kom in Częstochowa have worked in three different buildings.
