Selcos expands in Warsaw Distribution Center
POLAND Selcos Distribution has renewed and expanded its lease agreement in the Warsaw Distribution Center warehouse park and will now occupy 1,100 sqm. JLL represented Selcos in the lease negotiations, having also brokered the original lease in 2016.

POLAND Kajima Poland has been appointed as the general contractor to build the 7R Park Wrocław project, the first stage of which is scheduled for completion in February next year.
MBB to take up 15,000 sqm in Słubice
POLAND MBB Logistics has leased 15,000 sqm of warehousing with office space in the Exeter Park Słubice logistics park. The tenant was supported by BNP Paribas Real Estate in finding the new location and during the lease negotiations.
