Oponeo has extended its lease agreement at the logistics park in Zelgoszcz, developed by Hillwood Polska. The company has also committed to additional space in the facility’s expanded section.

Romania NRF joins MLP Bucharest West
MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with a provider of automotive replacement parts and industrial cooling solutions. At the MLP Bucharest West logistics centre, the tenant will occupy a total of 20,100 sqm of warehouse and office space. The facility is set to be completed and handed over in November 2025.

Germany Garbe secures site near Hildesheim
Garbe has acquired a plot of land measuring around 32,000 sqm in Bockenem, around 20 km south-east of Hildesheim. A logistics centre with a total area of approx. 18,500 sqm is to be built on this site. The total investment volume amounts to around EUR 23 mln.

MLP Group has signed a lease agreement with a company operating a network of padel centers in Poland. InterPadel will occupy approx. 2,800 sqm of space at MLP Business Park Poznań. The facility is scheduled for handover in December 2025.

The joint venture between Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors announces the start of construction for City Point Okęcie. The urban logistics facility, spanning over 11,000 sqm, will be strategically located near Warsaw Chopin Airport.

Poland Panattoni begins development at Wrocław Campus 2
Panattoni has started speculative construction of the next phase of the Wrocław Campus 2 logistics complex. By June 2025, ca. 30,000 sqm will be delivered – part of a hall that will eventually reach 130,000 sqm, with the entire project totaling 160,000 sqm.
