Poland Optimistic outlook for logistics
The prospects for logistics and supply chain in Poland are improving. The sector's optimism index for 2024 stands at 52.2, the highest level in five years, according to the Confidence Index 2024 report by CBRE and P3.

Poland New lease at MLP Pruszków II
MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease contract at its MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. The distribution company has leased about 23,000 sqm of modern space, with 19,600 sqm to be used for warehousing purposes and 1,100 sqm for staff amenities and offices.

Poland Prajo has chosen Panattoni
Panattoni has found another tenant for Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV and as a result the first building is now fully commercialised. Prajo, the owner of the KingHoff, Klausberg, and Kassel brands has leased 8,850 sqm for its new warehouse.

Panattoni has begun work on Panattoni Park Gdańsk City Airport, a new project in the district of Pomerania. The development is being built on a speculative basis and will comprise two distribution buildings with a combined area of over 18,400 sqm.
