Kąty Wrocławskie is becoming home to one of the largest logistics and warehouse hubs in Poland. The development occupies a total area of 80 hectares, with buildings with a target total area of 430,000 sqm.

Poland Completion of Logicor Wrocław II expansion
Logicor has completed the Logicor Wrocław II warehouse facility. Thanks to the extension by an additional 10,400 sqm, the protective packaging manufacturer Walki has doubled the space it occupies to date. The expansion marks the completion of the investment.

Poland GLP ready for expansion near Wrocław
Static Control, a manufacturer and supplier of printer supplies, has joined the group of users of the Wrocław V Logistics Centre in Magnice near Wrocław. The entire available space in the park is already leased, and GLP is planning to expand the investment later this year.

Palmira Capital Partners has concluded several leases, on a total of 10,700 square metres, for its Unternehmensimmobilien Club 2 (UIC 2) fund. In the largest, Plastics expert Sauer Product has taken 8,600 sqm of logistics and storage space in a business park in Dieburg.

Czech Republic CTP lets 60 pct for 10 years
CTP has signed three ten-year leases in its industrial park near Prague, comprising more than 60 pct of a new 32,000 sqm building. The complex will be delivered by the end of Q2 2024 at CTPark Prague North.

Panattoni has handed over Panattoni Park Lublin IV. The project is a two-building complex with a combined area of 52,000 sqm, built within the Świdnik Economic Activity Zone. The first tenants are now starting their operations in the complex.

The cornerstone has been laid for the construction of the new Trilux factory in Świdnik. The 23,000-square-meter plant, which meets BREEAM certification criteria, will be built by Panattoni.
