Poland Record Q1 lease for GLP in Kraków
In the largest deal of Q1 2023 in the Kraków market, MCG EastBridge has leased almost 37,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at GLP Kraków Logistics Centre III for a central operations base for the CEE and SEE regions.

Poland Multipark Bydgoszcz nears completion
Construction of the second phase of the SBU Multipark Bydgoszcz complex developed by LCP Properties is nearing completion. Leasing of the new part is underway, and it is scheduled to open in spring 2023.

Poland Ideal Idea grows in the capital
Ideal Idea has completed phase two of the expansion of its warehouse and office park at the boundary between Warsaw and Raszyn. The new facilities at City Park Warsaw II, created in the SBU model, are built in compliance with BREEAM standards, meeting strict requirements for environmental protection, and optimization of operating costs.

Romania CTP seals the deal with FM Logistics
CTP has acquired a portfolio of warehouses totalling over 100,000 sqm in Romania from French operator FM Logistic. The supply chain services company will continue as a CTP tenant for the long term.

Poland On track to reach 30 mln sqm
In 2022, the Polish industrial and warehouse market maintained its solid growth momentum despite headwinds such as project financing constraints and rising occupancy costs. The expected decline in new supply and shrinking land availability are likely to result in a supply gap in the space of the next year or so, says real estate advisory firm Savills.

Polska More space for Reka Rubber

Germany Garbe will build in the Halle/Leipzig area
Garbe has acquired a plot of land of around 100,000 sqm in Kabelsketal (Saxony-Anhalt, Germany). A logistics property with a total area of approx. 61,500 sqm is planned on the site. Garbe is investing around 76 mln euros in the project. Construction is scheduled to start in October.

Panattoni has started the development of 25,000 sqm of speculative space on ul. Dostawcza in Łódź. It is to be a brownfield development built on the site of a former gas bottling plant.

Romania Sun Wave Pharma in CTPark Bucharest South
CTP has leased an area of 2,800 sqm to the food supplements manufacturer Sun Wave Pharma in the industrial park CTPark Bucharest South, located in the south of Bucharest, in the Popești - Leordeni area. From here, the products of the company will be delivered to both Romania and Bulgaria, with the warehouse acting as a regional hub.

Poland Another tailored facility for DHL
Panattoni has completed a new build-to-own development for DHL Parcel, a division of a global logistics company. DHL acquired a cross-docking centre with area of almost 9,000 sqm late last year. The development in Kostrzyn is yet another built to suit complex constructed by Panattoni for the DHL group and yet another in the Wielkopolska region.

Poland City Point Targówek is filling up
Peakside Capital has signed a lease agreement with courier company DPD Polska for 7,000 sqm of cross-dock space at the City Point Targówek park in Warsaw. The complex is currently being completely redeveloped. It will ultimately provide nearly 100,000 sqm of commercial space. DPD Polska will move into the completed facility later this year.
