The cornerstone has been laid for an 18,320 sqm BTS building that is to be developed in CTPark Opole in southwest Poland for truck cooling systems supplier TitanX Engine Cooling.

Poland Outstanding Accolade in Szczecin
Accolade has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the highest level - Outstanding for park Szczecin III on ul. Kniewska. This is the first such highly certified warehouse space in Poland. The company is also opening a regional office in Szczecin.

Austria Second CTPark in Austria
CTP commences development of its second logistics complex in Austria after CTPark Vienna East covering about 51,000 sqm of GLA has been fully let before completion. Construction work has already begun at the 84,000 sqm CTPark St. Pölten North located around 75 km to the west of the Austrian capital.

Poland MLP is building in Zgorzelec
MLP Group is launching a new logistics centre in the south-west of the country. The MLP Zgorzelec Park, located near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic, will eventually be able to provide facilities totaling around 50,000 sqm.

Czech Republic CTP thrives in the Ostrava region
Ostrava region is becoming a significant centre for engineering, IT, and the auto-motive industry. This is confirmed by CTP, which has welcomed several prominent tenants to one of its parks in Ostrava in a short period of time. Companies such as UPS Healthcare, Savera Components CZ, Europapier, and Gebrüder Weiss have moved their activities to CTPark Ostrava Poruba, into which CTP has so far invested approx. CZK 950 mln.

In 2022, the total stock of warehouse space in Poland will reach 28.3 mln sqm. Axi Immo's data shows that demand remained high, but developer activity declined.

Poland New speculative space from Panattoni
Panattoni is expanding an investment in Lower Silesia - Panattoni Park Wrocław Logistics South Hub. The first phase covered 120,000 sqm of speculative space, all of which was commercialised while still under construction. Under the same formula, the developer will develop another 90,000 sqm, which will be delivered in Q3 of this year.

Euro Logistics, a provider of integrated logistics solutions, has leased close to 2,700 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Janki IV near Warsaw. The company has a track record in freight forwarding by road, providing both FTL and LTL shipping.

TEL Real Estate Developer has sold 20,000 sqm of logistics and industrial facilities in Kalisz for an undisclosed sum. The logistics real estate has been acquired by MNK Partners and the industrial property by Konveyor.

Polska Warehouse for GTV topped out
Structural work on a warehouse facility for GTV has been completed at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The topping out ceremony was attended by representatives of MLP Group, the tenant, Pekabex as the general contractor, and subcontractors. The 32,000 sqm facility is scheduled for completion and occupancy in April this year.

Panattoni has sold its Wroclaw Campus warehousing project to P3 Logistic Parks for an undisclosed sum. The transaction is Prague-based P3’s fifth acquisition in Poland.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has leased its existing property in Karlsfeld (district of Dachau) near Munich to a well-known logistics service provider. The company will use the space mainly for storing files and other documents.

Poland Electronics for industry produced in Warsaw
Panattoni has completed the development of almost 40,000 sqm as part of its City Logistics Warsaw IV project in Annopol. Half of the space is to be taken up in July this year by Trumpf Huettinger. The production plant is to serve markets that include the US, Japan, Korea, and China.
