Germany Tesla moves into Garbe
Garbe Industrial Real Estate has found a prominent tenant for its property in Holzgerlingen, south of Stuttgart. Tesla Germany, the electric car manufacturer, moved into the building with a total usable space of 18,600 sqm in December.

Poland Accolade borrows millions from Helaba
