Poland Work begins on Panattoni Łódź South II
Panattoni has started construction work on Panattoni Park Łódź South II, which is to comprise 57,300 sqm and will be built in a single stage. The complex is to be BREEAM 'Excellent' certified.

Poland 7R Bydgoszcz ready for the next stage
Polish warehouse developer 7R has leased out the entire first stage of 7R Park Bydgoszcz, which is now being prepared for expansion. The main tenant of the first phase is now Polish logistics operator Rohlig Suus Logistics, which has decided to lease another 3,000 sqm, bringing its premises in the park up to almost 16,500 sqm.

Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate is nearing full commercialization - the developer has already leased around 58,000 sqm in the facility, which has a total area of 61,000 sqm. Nearly 10,500 sqm is used by DFDS, a company offering transport and logistics services.

Czech Republic Tailor-made 10k for Taconova
Garbe is to start work on Garbe Park České Budějovice near the South Bohemian city, following the conclusion of a deal with German hydronic heating specialist Taconova to lease almost 10,500 sqm of space in the park. Another 9,500 sqm of logistics space is at the same time to be developed speculatively.

Panattoni has finalised another built to suit development in the Lubusz region. The Vita Group – Europe’s largest supplier and producer of polyurethane foam – will in the second quarter of 2023 have already started using 8,000 sqm of BTS space in Panattoni Park Żary.

Auto Partner, a distributor of car parts, has leased 30,000 sqm of commercial space within MLP Zgorzelec. Thus, it will be the first tenant in the new logistics centre currently being constructed near the border with Germany and the Czech Republic.
