Panattoni packs Trivium into Kraków North
Panattoni is to provide 21,000 sqm to Amsterdam-based metal packaging group Trivium Packaging in Panattoni Park Kraków North. The project, which is due to be completed in 2023, will be the biggest for a single customer in the developer’s Kraków portfolio.

Logistics operator JAS-FBG has chosen as a base for its operations 7R City Flex Katowice I, where it will occupy over 6,000 sqm of warehouse space. The facility is scheduled to come into use in May 2023.

Logmaster will join the ranks of MLP Group’s tenants. The logistics company has leased approx. 6,800 sqm of modern space within the region’s largest warehouse complex. Delivery of the finished facility has been scheduled for June 2023.

Romania Logicor larger in Bucharest
Logicor has completed the development of an additional 23,000 sqm in Logicor Bucharest I Logistics Park in Mogoşoaia, 12 km northwest of Bucharest city centre. The complex consists now of four buildings with a total space of approx. 150,000 sqm.

Poland Habasit consolidates in Panattoni Czeladź V
Panattoni is completing a 13,000 sqm development for Habasit, a manufacturer and supplier of innovative conveyor solutions for the manufacturing sector. The company will consolidate two locations within Panattoni Park Czeladź V in the Silesian region in January 2023 and plans to expand within the park in the future.

Germany Garbe leases to car manufacturer
A prominent German vehicle manufacturer will move into a property with a total area of around 18,500 sqm owned by Garbe in the 'Niedersachsenpark' in Lower Saxony. Garbe acquired the building together with two other halls a year ago as part of an asset deal from Engler Immobilien Gruppe. The vehicle car manufacturer wants to store components for the automotive process chain in the new property.

Romania Diehl Controls opens third European plant
CTP has secured German company Diehl Controls, a hi-tech manufacturer, as the first tenant of its new 50,000 sqm business park in Brașov in central Romania. Diehl’s plant will create 200 jobs initially, rising to over 600 by the end of 2027.
