Poland UDH chooses Panattoni Park Pruszków II
United Distribution Holding, a distributor of imported premium quality beers in Poland, has decided to relocate to the Panattoni Park Pruszków II distribution centre. The company will occupy nearly 3,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at the new location.

Czech Republic Record year for Czech sheds
The Czech industrial market grew at rapid speed in 2022. Almost 1.1 mln sqm of new space was added to the market, that is over 155 pct of the 5-year average annually completed space and the highest figure on record for the Czech market.

Czech Republic Drylock takes up more from VGP
VGP has completed the construction of the last hall at VGP Park Hrádek nad Nisou. The facility of more than 30,000 sqm was built for the Drylock Technologies company, which also occupies the other previously built halls of the industrial park.

Panattoni has fully commercialised Panattoni Park Toruń. Stork, a company that provides logistics for clients from the food industry, has leased over 11,000 sqm and is to serve the Eastern European market from the centre.

Poland MDC² Park Kraków South with a new tenant
MDC², a developer of sustainable warehouse and logistics space operating on the Polish market, and Generali Real Estate (through its pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund) have concluded the lease of a 36,200 sqm building within MDC² Park Kraków South. The medical technology company will begin operations in the facility later this year.

Germany VGP Park fills up
VGP NV, a European owner, operator and developer of logistics and commercial real estate, announces the win of Rhenus Warehousing Solutions as an anchor tenant for its VGP Park Magdeburg-Sülzetal for the period of ten years. The logistics service provider will move into around 73,816 sqm of commercial space.

Romania New space for Golden Provider Distribution
VGP has concluded a partnership with Golden Provider Distribution, a distributor for the HoReCa sector, for an area of 4,200 sqm within VGP Park Bucharest Nord. The tennant has increased its storage capacity by relocating the warehouse in VGP Park Bucharest Nord, to a new, larger unit, with areas dedicated to the storage of ambient, refrigerated and frozen products.

Poland E-commerce giant leases from Panattoni
Panattoni has signed an agreement with Shein. The e-commerce clothing giant has leased the area of almost 55,000 sqm and will start operations in Panattoni Park Wrocław South Hub as early as this quarter.

Vesta Polska has decided to extend its lease agreement at Prologis Park Błonie and has also leased an additional 4,300 sqm. The company providing logistics services will occupy a total of 11,500 sqm.

7R has leased nearly 8,200 sqm in the 7R Park Poznań West complex, located in Tarnow Podgórny. The tenant is Poltrakt, a company offering transport and logistics services.

Poland Close to the port, on the way to Ukraine
International company A&T Group has decided to open its first distribution centre in Poland. The customs warehouse with the controlled temperature will be located in the logistics park Gdańsk-Kowale Distribution Centre. The tenant will take up nearly 4,000 sqm to develop a division related to the supply of medicines, medical devices, and dietary supplements to the CEE region.

Czech Republic Bosal moves to Ústí nad Labem
Dutch company Bosal has leased around 10,000 sqm of warehouse and production space at VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City in north-western Czech Republic. The technology park will emerge from a brownfield site near the city centre on the location of the former Avirunion glassworks.

Poland MLP increases occupancy rates
Last year MLP Group recorded very good results as regards contracts signed with tenants. During the period, the developer of modern logistics facilities leased in approx. 240,000 sqm of space. The largest number of contracts were signed at the MLP Pruszków II park near Warsaw and MLP Poznań West. This year the level of commercialisation is planned to go up by about 20 pct.

German logistics company Emons has leased more than 6,000 sqm in Sázava Logistics Park, which is situated off the D1 motorway near Ostředek, about 45 km southeast of central Prague.
