We know we have a lot of competitors around us – there are 18 projects that really are being built next to ours. But we are not afraid of competition – we are a holding company and we can provide all the services – from the land purchase and design to the lease, legal advice and fit out.
Construction work on Chmielna 89 started in December 2017. Now we are doing the ground work.
