Busy spring for Panattoni

POLAND Panattoni Europe has started the development of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II, a 80,000 sqm distribution centre in Upper Silesia and Rohlig Suus Logistics has signed the first lease. The tenant will occupy 18,500 sqm of BTS space including an 8,000 sqm cross-docking facility and a 10,000 sqm warehouse.
