What were your first few decisions?
It was necessary to reorganise and optimise the company’s operations, and this required changes in competence. We started introducing organisational changes and developing a new company strategy – and now we are well on the road to doing this.

Well, I can say this: in recent years Polnord has not been among the leaders in terms of the number of apartments built. We want to focus primarily on the quality of the apartments and on the margins they generate. Furthermore, we intend to focus on residential projects in the ‘eco-premium&rsq
