CZECH REPUBLIC Real estate consultancy 108 Agency has launched a new service that offers unique properties on short-term leases.
According to the company, its The Prostor business line (which means ‘Space’) meets demand from businesses in the advertising, retail and event sectors for unique areas such as galleries and refurbished industrial buildings.
"People working in advertising and retail are always to distinguish their brand from others”, said Dušan Hříbal, who leads The Prostor within the 108 Agency.
