Bouygues gives up building models

Technology
POLAND Bouygues Immobilier Polska will no longer use scale model mock-ups for its projects but instead will use virtual 3D models that can be viewed using the Touch app developed by Yslab.

Two years ago the developer was one of the first on the market to start using virtual 3D modelling. Yslab has already created 15 virtual project models for Bouygues Immobilier that can be viewed with VR goggles and allow customers to view inside the apartments as well as around the local area. The company’s latest projects include Atelier Praga II, Wileńska Express and Stalowa 39. “Our Touch app not only leads customers into the virtual world of apartments but also gives developers many marketing opportunities, allowing them to increase their real estate sales,” says Rafał Gaj, the CEO of Yslab. Yslab is an interactive marketing agency that has been operating on the Polish market since 2008.
