Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the property manager of two Warsaw buildings in HIH Invest Real Estate’s portfolio: Feniks Office Building and Prime Corporate Center.
The Feniks Office Building is situated on the corner of ul. Żelazna and ul. Sienna in the city’s Wola-Centrum district. It was completed in 2012 and comprises app. 8,600 sqm of office space on eight floors. The building was designed by Studio ArchiCo and constructed by Modzelewski & Rodek, while Europlan was the project investor. HIH group acquired the property in late 2019 for a south Korean investor.
Prime Corporate Center is situated nearby, on ul. Grzybowska. It was developed in 2014–2
