CTPark Warsaw Emilianów is the company's seventh project within the Warsaw area.

Eventually, the CTPark Warsaw Emilianów complex will comprise ​​over 119,000 sqm in three buildings. The project is being built in a strategic location northeast of Warsaw. Radzymin has direct access to five junctions on the S8 expressway and over 1,000 ha of land designated for industrial use.
