Poland Focus secures financing from Pekao

Focus Estate Fund has secured a senior financing facility of EUR 10.5 mln with Bank Pekao S.A. The financing will support the Trilogy portfolio of mid-sized retail properties in southern Poland, comprising Sosnowiec Plaza, Ruda Śląska Plaza and Rybnik Plaza.

Poland Two tenants stay on in Diamond Business Park

Konvertia Poland and Fresenius Kabi Polska have signed lease extensions for space in Diamond Business Park Stryków, a joint venture between Greykite European Real Estate Fund I and White Star Real Estate. Fresenius Kabi, also increased the size of its lease. The newly signed deals are for a total area of 34,400 sqm.

Poland Panattoni signs up Mikomax

Acoustic booth manufacturer Mikomax has extended its lease for 10,000 sqm of warehouse space at City Logistics Łódź III and also leased a new 3,000 sqm space at Panattoni Business Center Łódź I.

Poland Agata opens in Galeria Północna

Home furnishings retailer Agata has opened a 300 sqm store in Warsaw's Galeria Północna shopping centre on the first floor, opposite the RTV Euro AGD electronics store.

Poland EYEMova enters Soho

The EYEmova ophthalmology and training centre has joined the tenants of Soho by Yareal in the Kamionek area of Warsaw's Praga-Południe district. A modern clinic will be located in the Kardan building, occupying a two-storey area of over 500 sqm.

Germany pbb takes on two projects

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) is financing logistics developments in Herten and Bensheim on behalf of the joint venture between Urban Partners (formerly Nrep) and HIH Invest. Both projects are being developed in accordance with the latest ESG standards and are aiming for DGNB Gold certification.

Poland 7R Słupsk sold

7R has sold a warehouse centre near Słupsk to CRISTAL Life, a real estate investment trust managed by French asset management company Inter Gestion REIM. This transaction marks the trust’s entrance into Poland.

The total supply of logistics and industrial properties in Düsseldorf in 2025 reached 299,000 sqm, a 6 pct year-on-year decline, according to data from Realogis. However, this figure was close to the five-year average of 300,000 sqm, demonstrating the market to be stable.

The move follows 15 years of leasing from MLP and reaffirms the company’s long-term commitment to the Polish market.

Panattoni builds for Danfoss

Panattoni is building a BTO production and warehouse centre with an area of approximately 22,500 sqm in the town of Tuchom in the Pomerania region. Construction is due to be completed in the spring of this year.

Record leasing activity in 2025

The Polish warehouse market saw the third-highest leasing activity in history with 6.6 mln sqm under contract in 2025, according to the latest CBRE data.

Domator24 expands with CTP

Domator24, a Polish manufacturer of gaming chairs and metal furniture, has increased the size of its lease in CTPark Sulechów by over 7,000 sqm. With this expansion, the Zielona Góra-based company now has nearly 13,100 sqm in its third warehouse in the country.

Ingram Micro renews lease with MLP

Ingram Micro, one of the leading global distributors of IT solutions and mobile devices, has renewed its lease at the MLP Pruszków II logistics centre, for around 8,200 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. The deal was brokered by CBRE.

Olmed signs up with Panattoni

Panattoni has signed an agreement with a new tenant for its urban development in Łódź. Olmed, which operates a pharmacy and online drugstore, has taken up 9,500 sqm of space in City Logistics Łódź VI.

Kajima Properties Europe (KPE) has broken ground on a new logistics project in Germany, a 40,000 sqm speculative warehouse development. The business acquired the 12.1 ha remediated brownfield site in Hagen near Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia, in December 2025.

Power tool producer Makita has expanded its leased space at the MLP Pruszków II complex to around 18,000 sqm, nearly doubling its previously occupied area. The tenant is expected to move into its new space in mid-2026. Cushman & Wakefield supported the tenant in the transaction.
