Czech Republic Logicor starts in Czech Republic
Logicor has started the construction of its first logistics park in the Czech Republic. There are plans to create two modern warehouses with a total area of 20,000 sqm, including 1,800 sqm. office space.

Poland Segro buys plot for 70k Warsaw project
Segro has bought an industrial plot for the construction of a new park within the borders of Warsaw. The 16-hectare site in Warsaw's Bielany district will eventually allow for the construction of 70,000 sqm of warehouses.

Logicor has signed a leasing agreement with Martex, a Polish distributor of truck spare parts. At Logicor Będzin the company will occupy 44,000 sqm in a standalone warehouse premises.

The Warsaw skyscraper developed by HB Reavis has been awarded the WELL Core & Shell certificate at the Gold level, confirming that the building was designed with care for the people working in it, their comfort and safety.

Poland Transdanubia says Hello to Páty
Hungarian company Transdanubia will lease app. 24,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in hall PT3 at HelloParks in Páty. This is the largest lease at HelloParks facilities to date. The new tenant is expected to take over the building by the end of 2024.

The Adgar Renaissance Tower office building has received LEED v4.1 Operation and Maintenance certification at the highest Platinum level. The property, located in Warsaw's Wola district, was purchased by Adgar Poland last year.
