Forte Partners has signed a lease agreement with Cognyte for an office in U•Center 2 in Bucharest. The company, operating in investigative analytics software, has leased 1,600 sqm of office space in the building.

Poland Łódź goes with the Flow
The Flow project has launched in the New Centre of Łódź. The project developed by Archicom will occupy a 2-hectare site between the Łódź Fabryczna railway station and the EC1 scientific and cultural complex.

Poland Green warehouse from GLP
GLP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm warehouse in Stary Konik, near the eastern border of Warsaw. The development will contribute to a reduction in CO2 emissions through the implementation of heat pumps, enhanced insulation, and smart metering.

A company from the Agat Ejendomme group (formerly TK Development) completed the sale of the Sandecja shopping mall in Nowy Sącz. The new owner of the facility is Focus Estate Fund.

Germany Garbe plans to build huge logistics hall made of timber
Garbe Industrial Real Estate and its joint venture partner Logicenters have secured a plot of land measuring around 47,000 sqm in the port of Straubing in Lower Bavaria. Europe's largest logistics property in pure timber construction is to be built there.

Poland Panattoni develops in the capital city
Panattoni is launching the largest urban investment in Warsaw. City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV will be built in the vicinity of Chopin Airport. Ultimately, two halls will be built within the complex, with a total area exceeding 45,000 sqm.

CTP announces the successful placement of EUR 750 mln green bond with a six-year maturity and a 4.750 pct fixed coupon. The notes were settled and admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin.

Germany CTP invests in Stuttgart
CTP is expanding its Germany portfolio with the acquisition of app. 39,000 sqm of industrial space close to the city of Stuttgart as part of a sale and leaseback transaction with Mahle Behr & Co. CTP is planning to transform the urban industrial district into a sustainable high-tech industrial park. Completion of the entire area is scheduled for 2029.
