Poland’s office stock has now surpassed the 12.5 mln sqm mark, reveals Cushman & Wakefield in its Q1 2022 summary of the largest office markets in the country.

The Polish branch of Japanese logistics company Yusen Logistics has leased 8,700 sqm of additional warehouse space in Goodman’s Toruń Logistics Centre, bringing it up to full occupancy.

The Hungarian branch of Czech online retailer Alza has signed a ten-year lease for a 22,000 sqm warehouse at Sziget Logistics Centre on the southern outskirts of Budapest, which is owned and managed by GLP.

Construction work has started on Panattoni Park Piła in Poland’s Wielkopolska province. The 44,000 sqm logistics park is already 90 pct leased – with Signify having taken up 33,500 sqm.

Czech fund Investika realitní fond and Luxembourg-based private investment company Bud Holdings have acquired Tensor Office Park in Gdynia for more than CZK 1 bln (app. EUR 40.5 mln or PLN 187 mln).
