Czech Republic WorkLounge takes over in Prague
WorkLounge network of serviced office centres took over the lease agreement from outgoing operator HubHub at Na Příkopě 14 in Prague. The company will continue HubHub’s operations with immediate effect, including taking over current clients.

Hungary Moxy is heading to Budapest
Marriott International has signed an agreement with Forestay Group to debut the Moxy Hotels brand in Budapest, Hungary. Construction of Moxy Budapest Downtown is scheduled to begin this autumn, with the opening expected in 2025.

Poland Panattoni sells K-Flex hall to LCN
Panattoni has finalised the sale of a 33,000 sqm build-to-suit logistics centre in Uniejów, about 55 km northwest of Łódź, to LCN Capital Partners.

Hungary Vizivaros Office Center sold
CA Immo has finalised the sale of the Vizivaros Office Center in Budapest to the FLE SICAV FIS real estate fund managed by Vienna-based investor FLE (part of French asset management group LFPI). The building comprises around 14,200 sqm and was 96 pct leased at the end of last year with an annualised gross rental income of around EUR 2.5 mln.

Panattoni has signed its first lease in Hungary. The brand new logistics centre, Panattoni City Dock Törökbálint, is located 12 km from the centre of Budapest.

Panattoni has been granted financing for Panattoni Park Lublin II – a comprehensive business platform with an area of around 84,000 sqm. The EUR 48 mln loan, including VAT, was granted by Bank Pekao SA.

7R completed the expansion of 7R Park Kielce halls. The current tenant, myBOX Logistics, leased additional space and will thus occupy over 30,800 sqm in the project.

Romania Multiple attractions in Colosseum Mall
Colosseum Mall in Bucharest has announced the signing of a lease agreement with Hype by Kiddo for the opening of large entertainment centre. The centre will have an area of approx. 2,500 sqm, and the tenant's investment will amount to EUR 1.5 mln.

Boeing, an aerospace company, has leased close to 6,600 sqm in the SkyRes building in Rzeszów. This represents the largest transaction in terms of sqm on the Rzeszów office market to date.

Harden Construction has completed erection of a new warehouse at Panattoni Park Błonie III. The general contractor took seven months to complete all works, including obtaining an occupancy permit. The area of the facility is 43,400 sqm.

Develia has finalised its agreement to sell the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw to WR Office, a subsidiary of an investment fund managed by the Adventum Group for EUR 69.3 mln (app. PLN 318 mln).

With the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony, construction work has begun at Victoria Park Hamburg on a future-oriented property where components for hydrogen production will be manufactured, tested and stored.
