Sonar Real Estate has secured an office property in Munich in a joint venture with a global institutional investor. The seller, Global Gate Capital, is an international investment firm that invests across alternative asset classes and public markets.

Poland Cavatina plans 100m tower in central Warsaw
Cavatina is to begin consultations related to a mixed-use project at ul. Chmielna 75 in Warsaw. The developer recently signed a conditional agreement to purchase the 1 ha site from the Polska Poczta (the Polish Post Office). The initial plans include the construction of a building over 100m in height.

Romania Akcent City takes off
Akcent Development has started the construction of the Akcent City project, consisting of 723 apartments, in the Bucuresti Noi area, the largest residential project authorized in Sector 1 after the nZEB regulations came into force. The complex will attract a EUR 90 mln investment.

Poland Historic Łódź warehouse to be transformed
A&A Holding has received the building permit for the redevelopment of Magazyn Bawełny (Cotton Warehouse) in Łódź, which once served as a warehouse for a neighbouring cotton mill. The mixed-use project is to be developed within the Manufaktura complex in the city.

Hungary HelloParks gets its wings
Aviation maintenance company Aeroplex Central Europe has signed a long-term lease for almost 8,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in Hall MG3 of the HelloParks Maglód Industrial Park on the eastern outskirts of Budapest.
