Maverick Hostel in office complex
HUNGARY Maverick Hostel has leased 1,370 sqm in Budapest from SEB Asset Management. Conversion work on the former office building, which is part of a four-building complex on Kazinczy street, has already begun.

Bank Zachodni WBK to move into Atrium 1
POLAND Skanska Property Poland has signed a lease with Bank Zachodni WBK of the Santander Group for 12,200 sqm of offices in the Atrium 1 building in Warsaw, as well as a bank branch on the ground floor. Atrium 1, which is currently under construction at the ONZ roundabout in the city, is now 80 pct leased.
