Overview of the Polish office map
POLAND Mature markets (Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, the TriCity, Katowice and Łódź) account for 83 pct of the total volume of modern office space outside Warsaw in Poland, while developed markets (Szczecin, Lublin, Kielce and Bydgoszcz) make up 12 pct of the total, according to Knight Frank’s ‘Office Markets in Medium-Sized Cities’ report.
