Europe Fundraising for MEREP 3 reaches EUR 168 mln
Mitiska REIM, the investor in European convenience real estate, has announced that fundraising for its third flagship fund, Mitiska European Real Estate Partners 3, has now reached EUR 168 mln. The fund has already closed three investments since the beginning of this year, representing a third of capital raised so far.

Real Management has signed an agreement with Dr Irena Eris to lease 9,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Good Point V in Łubna near Warsaw.

Poland Colliers enters Royal Route
Colliers is taking over the management of Royal Trakt Offices in Warsaw. The company will also be responsible for the commercialisation of the office building. The owner of the historic edifice, which offers office and retail space, is the Czech fund Investika.
