Poland The latest issue of Eurobuild is hot off the press!
We are pleased to announce the publication of the December issue of ‘Eurobuild’, which comes with a special Christmas poster! More than 30 friends of the magazine photographed themselves with a Christmas motif in such a way that our sector could pass on its festive wishes to all of us, while at the same time lending their kind support to the Iskierka Foundation.

CEE REGION GTC issues EUR 110 mln of green bonds
Globe Trade Centre’s Hungarian subsidiary, GTC Real Estate Development Hungary, has issued 792 senior unsecured ‘green bonds’ with a nominal value of HUF 50 mln each (app. EUR 140,000) and a total value of HUF 39.6 bln (app. EUR 110 mln).

POLAND OneDayMore in Panattoni’s first Poznań last-mile centre
Panattoni is to develop City Logistics Poznań I – a last-mile urban warehousing park in north-eastern Poznań. The developer has also revealed the identity of the first tenant: Polish muesli, porridge and similar health food producer OneDayMore.

Echo Investment has bought properties from the Tesco group in Poznań, Łódź and Kraków and is planning to use the sites for open city quarter placemaking projects with a total of 240,000 sqm of residential, office and retail space.

Poland Nokia signs largest regional lease renewal
Telecommunications company Nokia has renewed its lease with Globalworth in the West Gate and West Link buildings in Wrocław. With a total area under lease of almost 30,000 sqm, this is the largest regional office contract signed this year.
