Poland/Ukraine Arche Hotels help refugees

Corporate social responsibility
Polish hotel chain Arche Group is to provide accommodation to Ukrainians fleeing the war and has announced that hotels owned by the company are ready to accept 5,000 people.

According to the Arche Hotele Facebook page, the group has put together a support team for refugees from Ukraine. The hotel chain and Arche Siedliska will be providing accommodation for those displaced by the war. Companies looking for places for their employees' families to stay can apply for help, as well as crisis teams working in provincial government offices, foundations and associations helping those in need. The statement reads: “In each of our hotels we have a coordinator who gathers information about the urgent needs of those provided with shelter, such as hygiene products, medicine, baby food, nappies and clothes. We would like to invite everyone who wants to join Arche's team to follow Lena Grochowska's Foundation (Fundacja Leny Grochowskiej) on Facebook, where more announcements about these collections will be published.

Wladyslaw Grochowski, the head of Arche Group, has stated that if there is such a need, the company will also prepare beds in conference rooms. An additional 1,500 mattresses have been ordered for this purpose.

At present, Arche Hotele has already provided accommodation for more than 1,000 people and more places are being prepared as we speak. You can read more about its efforts on the group's website.
