Romania benefits from a series of favourable factors that facilitate the growth and expansion of data centres and could emerge as a developing market in the sector, according to a report by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Golden Star has announced three new tenants for its Oxygen Park centre in Warsaw’s Włochy district. In total, Trane Poland, Hamelin Polska and E-Xim IT have taken up a combined area of 1,700 sqm under long-term leases.

Antczak has been appointed as the general contractor to build a warehouse with an area of over 5,500 sqm including office space in Fortress Logistic Park in Stargard near Szczecin. The centre is to be BREEAM certified with a rating of ‘Excellent’.

P3 Logistic Parks has announced the construction of a 200,000 sqm gla logistics and industrial park in Sládkovičovo, about 50 km east of Bratislava. The complex is to be built in two stages, with the first tenants moving in at the beginning of 2027.
