Hillwood Polska and mBank have closed a financing deal of more than EUR 38 mln for the construction of the Hillwood Zgierz II logistics park. This is yet another cooperation between the companies.

Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for the Grundmanna Office Park office building in Katowice. Building A will provide almost 21,000 sqm of office space and approx. 1,000 sqm of service areas. This is the developer's second investment in the city after Global Office Park.

Cordon Electronics Polska has signed a lease for approx. 5,100 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II warehouse complex. The company is set to fully occupy the new facility from December this year.

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,000 sqm to KMC Services at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. With this deal, the 50,000 sqm building constructed in the first stage of the development has been fully commercialised.

Ghelamco has secured bank financing for The Bridge office complex in downtown Warsaw. The construction and investment loan was provided to the developer by Santander Bank Polska, which will also be a tenant of the skyscraper.

HCLTech is staying at Krakow's O3 Business Campus for the next five years. The tenant occupies four floors with a total leasable area of over 7,000 sqm.

Two law firms have decided to extend their existing leases in the Metropolitan Warszawa building. In total, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Norton Rose Fulbright will occupy more than 3,000 sqm of office space.

Archicom is planning a new housing estate in Warsaw. The developer wants to implement its latest project, designed by the WWAA studio, at the intersection of ul. Postępu and ul. Bokserska.

Parker Lane Poland, specializing in resale solutions for the fashion and off-price industries, has leased approx. 3,600 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics center. The company will move into the facility within the next few weeks.

Techstep Poland is moving its office to Officyna in Gdańsk. The company, which offers business mobility management solutions, has leased approx. 460 sqm in the office building.

Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory, with an area of over 34,000 sqm, will provide jobs for around 200 people and help consolidate Fortaco’s operations while optimizing logistics.

Redkom Development has sold the 17,000 sqm Ozimska Park retail park in Opole to Newgate Investment.

A mixed-use complex on ul. Ewangelicka in Lublin has been granted a building permit. The size of the project developed by the KKL company is over 17,800 sqm.

Warsaw's Studio B building has been awarded SmartScore and WiredScore certificates. Skanska has thus become the first company in Poland to receive these certificates for a building already in use.

Panattoni has launched development of a new BTS centre in Żary for Valmet Automotive. Construction work on the project began in September 2024 to extend an existing production plant by an additional 8,800 sqm.

At the end of September 2024, the stock of modern office space in Warsaw amounted to just under 6.265 mln sqm - according to data collected by Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate.

The 13th JLL Real Estate Beach Volleyball Charity Tournament, which took place earlier this month, has raised over PLN 800,000 to build the third Ronald McDonald House at a paediatric hospital in Poland.
This year's edition of the JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament will take place on 1 August at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw. Funds raised during the event will for the second time be used to support the construction of the Ronald McDonald House at the Children's Memorial Health Institute.
As part of the ' Across the Wola district for Autism' charity city game organised by Cushman & Wakefield, real estate companies managed to collect PLN 82,700. The funds will go to the Synapsis Foundation to support the diagnosis and therapy of children and young people on the autism spectrum. "Eurobuild" was a media patron of the event.
