Two metro contracts awarded
POLAND Metroprojekt is to design two additional stations on Warsaw’s first metro line and the technical study for the third line to Praga Południe has been awarded to a consortium led by Egis Poland, with Egis Rail and Transeko.

POLAND GTC has been granted a building permit for its Moderna office project in Katowice. Once finished, the class A building will include 18,315 sqm gla on five floors.

Panattoni expands in Poznań
POLAND Panattoni is to build a second building of 27,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań IV and DSV Road is to relocate within the park to take up 9,500 sqm of this space.

Feniks sold for EUR 43 mln
