POLAND The investment volume for Warsaw offices rose by 44 pct y-o-y to EUR 438.6 mln in the first quarter, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s Q1 figures for the city’s office market. The consultancy also insists that fears of over-supply in the wake of the pandemic are unfounded and that the market should soon be able to re-balance itself.

POLAND Green Factory Logistics is investing in a new warehouse for handling slope processes in Błonie, about 30 km west of Warsaw city centre.
SLOVAKIA In the first quarter of the year, the total office stock of A and B class office buildings in Bratislava remained unchanged at around 1.83 mln, according to the Bratislava Research Forum. However, ten buildings scheduled for completion in 2020 or 2021 are under construction in the city. These projects would are set to add app. 130,000 sqm of office space to the Bratislava market.
