Designer Outlet Warszawa to be expanded
POLAND Designer Outlet Warszawa in Piaseczno (16 km south of Warsaw) is being expanded by 5,500 sqm with the opening of the new wing planned for autumn 2020. The wing has been designed in the same style as the rest of the building, which is inspired by the Warsaw Old Town.

Mirbud to build for Panattoni
POLAND Mirbud has signed a letter of intent to construct two warehouses as part of the Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II development.

CBRE has a Renaissance
POLAND Investment fund Kanam Grund Leading Cities Invest has appointed CBRE to manage the Renaissance building on Plac Zbawiciela square in Warsaw.

POLAND Carbon Tower office building in Wrocław will use the Integral app developed by Tenderhut’s Zonifero division to control many of the building’s systems.

Two tenants join Nova Park
POLAND City Game and Madame Elegance have both signed leases for space in the Nova Park shopping centre in Gorzów in the West of Poland. City Game is a children’s entertainment centre, which has leased 700 sqm while Madame Elegance has taken up 70 sqm.

Budapest Sofitel changes hands
HUNGARY Indotek Group is to buy the Sofitel hotel at the Chain Bridge in Budapest.

Alcon grows in New City
POLAND Eye care product producer Alcon has decided to enlarge its lease in the New City office building in Warsaw and from 2021 will more than double its space from 2,000 sqm to over 4,800 sqm in the building owned by Hines.

Barcelo enters Poland
POLAND Structure Capital and Barcelo Group are planning to open a four-star hotel in Poznań having signed a nletter of intent in October.

Santander moves into a glassy joint
POLAND Glass and colour have been used by the Design Group Studio to decorate the offices of Santander Bank Polska (SBP) The office takes up 4,700 sqm on three floors of office building A in CZ Office Park.

POLAND Golub GetHouse has sold a 170m tall residential tower with apartments for rent that it plans to build on ul. Grzybowska 59 in Warsaw.

Cushman & Wakefield takes on 1.7 mln sqm
CEE REGION Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed by Logicor to manage a portfolio totalling more than 1.7 mln square metres of logistics real estate in 47 logistics parks across Poland, Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

POLAND The Intive headquarters in Wrocław is the first office building in Poland to use a face scanning system to grant access. The Intive_Eva system, which was programmed in Poland, can recognise individuals based on five photos.
