ROMANIA Italian investor FRI-EL Building is to invest EUR 80 mln in developing Ateneo Timișoara, which with 1,300 apartments is currently the biggest residential project under development in the western part of Romania.

POLAND Warehouse developer Panattoni has certified three buildings under BREEAM with a rating of ‘Very Good’. The buildings are City Logistics Łódź I (over 30,000 sqm), Panattoni Park Opole (almost 29,000 sqm) and Panattoni Park Pruszków III hall A (lmost 31,000 sqm).

POLAND Echo Investment has topped off the React office building at the intersection of al. Pisłudskiego and ul. Kilińskiego in Łódź. The seven-story office block with 15,000 sqm gla, which is being built in the first stage of a 50,000 sqm complex, reached its target height of 25m with the construction work on schedule.
