Praga Studios features a community garden for tenants to grow their own plants

Praga Studios in Prague’s Karlín district has become the second office building in the Czech Republic to receive Well certification, with a rating of ‘Gold’.
The 12,000 sqm gla building, which was developed by Skanska and sold to CBRE GI upon its completion last summer for EUR 55 mln, was evaluated according to Well’s seven concepts: air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
